Looking at properties
Before you do anything else, we say do your research and
昀椀nd out how much you can actually a昀昀ord to spend on a
property. take into account any available cash you have for a
deposit and then speak to a mortgage broker, or a selection
of providers, and 昀椀nd out what they’d be willing to lend you.
Make sure they put their ‘in principle’ o昀昀ers in writing.
having scoured the estate agents’ websites and windows,
pored over the property portals and pounded the streets 昀椀guring out where you might like to buy, it’s now time to book in
some viewings. Make a list of all the things that are important
to you and any questions you want to ask before the property viewing.
