Be prepared for potential buyers.
It is important to be prepared for potential buyers to be in your home on Listing Day as showings can begin at any time. Have your
home show-ready when you leave that morning - dishes put away, beds made, laundry in hampers, etc. If you have pets, it is
typically best to remove them for showings. Game plan with your Advisor if you have any questions or restrictions for showings.
You will get a notification via e-mail and text, if you’d like. This way showings are always logged and approval is recorded.
