We’d like to welcome Bethany Behrmann, as the new managing broker of the sarasota and Venice locations of Engel &
Völkers suncoast. Bethany joins the license partner, Victoria
stultz who has a proven track record with over two decades
of experience working with top luxury real estate brokerages
and who has had extraordinary levels of success in growing
the brokerage since opening in 2021. Bethany comes to us
with over 15 years of real estate experience, serving both the
Asheville, nc area as well as Florida’s space coast and Treasure coast having obtained her Florida broker’s license in
2016. Bethany served as the managing broker of a boutique
real estate 昀椀rm in Asheville for six years where she was in
strumental in transitioning the local boutique 昀椀rm into an
Engel & Völkers shop. she is passionate about the brand and
the value it o昀昀ers to customers and real Estate Advisors.
