your home show-ready when you leave that morning - dishes put away, beds made, laundry in hampers, etc. Your home should
be spotless for the prepare for an open house. clean every room thoroughly, paying attention to floors, windows, and
bathrooms. Declutter by removing personal items and excess furniture to make spaces look more spacious. If you have pets,
it is typically best to remove them for showings. First impressions matter. Ensure your property’s exterior is well-maintained.
Trim hedges, mow the lawn, and consider adding potted plants or flowers to enhance curb appeal. Ensure every room is welllit. Open curtains and blinds to the rooms to maximize natural light, and consider adding soft, ambient lighting for a warm and
