Edwards, Colorado is the star
of the western Vail Valley
A movie theater, restaurants, clothing stores, banks, a grocery store and a post o昀케ce give the Western town a modern
atmosphere. Edwards has just over 10,000 people within city limits. The real estate in Edwards, Colorado is diverse. While there
are some loft-style apartments above the commercial space and facing the river, most people live on the hillside south of the
businesses. The Homestead Recreation Center provides wonderful community facilities. The communities of Singletree and
Lake Creek also bene昀椀t from the vibrancy that Edwards has to o昀昀er.
