Let the showings begin!
Be prepared for potential buyers.
It is important to be prepared for potential buyers to be in your home on Listing Day as showings can begin at any time. Have your
home show-ready when you leave that morning - dishes put away, beds made, laundry in hampers, etc. If you have pets, it is
typically best to remove them for showings. Coordinate with your Advisor if you have any questions or restrictions for showings.
Most buyers first explore a property's online listing and consult with a broker before attending an open house. Make their
experience easier and more informed by preparing a clear, comprehensive property datasheet that includes all the important
details - price, square footage, features, utilities, and updates.
