Stacy and Eric have 33 years of real estate experience in Big
Sky, working with Sellers and Buyers alike, across all property
categories and price ranges. They have represented many
prestigious properties and brought to market many of the wellknown subdivisions and condo tracts in Big Sky, earning longlasting and deep relationships and friendships with their clients.
Their comprehensive knowledge of the area and its history is
both deep and invaluable in providing advice and solutions to
sometimes complex real estate transactions. Decades of
experience allow them to summarize the essence of any
property or neighborhood.
Anyone who knows them will attest to their friendly demeanor,
local knowledge, and dedication to prioritizing their clients’

involvement in all aspects of the sales process and their
connections with associated professional services, which greatly

Eric and Stacy relocated to Big Sky with their three children
from the East Coast in 1992. Over the past 33 years, they have
become fully integrated into the community and volunteer
extensively. Stacy has served as chair of the BSOA Architectural
Committee and served on the Lone Peak/Ophir School Board for
many years. Eric served as a Director of the BSOA for 9 years,
including one year as BSOA Chair, and continues to serve on the
Gallatin County Tax Appeal Board. Governor Bullock appointed
Eric to the Board of Realty Regulation, where he served for over
10 years. Eric is the Managing Broker of Engel & Völkers Big Sky.
