lifestyle—curating trusted vendors and priority scheduling for movers, locksmiths, painters, flooring,
HVAC, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, AV/security, and handymen—so your new home
feels “yours” faster.
We introduce interior designers, cabinetmakers, window-treatment specialists, organizers, and art
installers, and provide guidance on space planning, budgets, and timelines. Our team helps with
post-close punch lists, warranty registrations, and any remaining repairs, organizing manuals, receipts,
and contact sheets for easy reference. We streamline utilities and services—power, gas, water/sewer,
internet, trash/recycling—while recommending pest control and preventive maintenance plans.
To anchor you in the community, we facilitate HOA orientation, mailbox and amenity access, and share
school, recreation, dining, fitness, and parks resources tailored to your neighborhood. We also offer
check-ins on insurance coverage and introduce estate planning and CPA partners if desired.
The Agency Charlotte acts as your post-close concierge and project manager—aligning schedules,
coordinating communication, and remaining on call—then circles back at 30 days, six months, and one
year to review the home’s performance, provide market updates, and plan any new projects, ensuring
you stay supported long after the paperwork is done.
